R.W. Orth & Associates offers a variety of engagement plans to assist in the achievement of your individual company objectives.

A. Conventional hourly consulting fees (RW Orth & Associates least desirable arrangement.)

B. Reduced hourly fees with percentage of savings & revenue growth (Desirable arrangement)

C. Significantly reduced fees, expenses and higher percentage og savings & revenue growth (Most preferred arrangement)

We prefer to participate in the benefits of the results we bring to the enterprises we work and to this end we offer several way for companies to engage our firm. Our preferred form of engagement is structure C.

With any of the engagement structures we will focus on upside leverage in your organization, while effectively controlling and minimizing downside risk.
